I recently cut out dairy as well as gluten and my gut has felt so much better. Ive been pretty into making arugala salad as well.

- Lots of brown short grain rice
- Olive Oil
- Saltt (electrolyte mix)
On coffee
I started drinking coffee again and my sleep has been ok. I have stabilized at 2 cups of 15g coffee/ 250g water v60 pourover a day. I try to make the two cups as close together as possible so that I maximize sleep. So far Ive been sleeping a lot better waking up ap 4:30am instead of 2am which has made a world of difference. Its a lot easier to structur your day when your not FUCKING exhausted. Also I’m losing weight again I had balooned up to 287lb. Turns out its a lot easier to have healthy eating habits when your stomach isn’t upset all the time.
On protein powder
Ive switched from whey protein powder to a mix of ground turkey, chicken thighs and egg whites. Priotizing real foods has made my gut much happier. Also I find it pretty hard to just chug down shake after shake. Also I have added some beans into the mix for added fiber.
