Caffeine fuels my ego in a way I’m not comfortable with. I hate the person I become when I manic. I find much harder to self regulate when I’m caffeinated. Idk Im cutting back from 42g to 35g to hopefully 25g today.
The other problem with caffeine is it masks my tiredness which leads to my body getting worn down. Caffeine makes it much harder to regulate my physical exertion.
